SARIMS Annual Golf Tournament

Volunteer for the SARIMS Board

We are currently looking for 2-3 volunteers to come join our Board.  You have to be an employee of a member company, unfortunately if you are working for a service provider (Insurer, Consultant or Broker) you can not sit on the Board.  The current positions we are looking to fill are the Program Director and Treasurer, however, other options could be available.  The responsibilities of the Program Director are for developing and organizing the program for the breakfast sessions.  The Treasurer deals with anything to do with the SARIMS accounting/finances.

• McGannon Scholarships were awarded at the January Breakfast

  We'd also like to congratulate Nathan Montgomery who was also selected to receive a scholarship but was unable to make it to the breakfast for the presentation.
  
  All three students are currently attending the University of Calgary. 

   

   

• CONGRATS TO MARLEY DRAINVILLE!

  SARIMS' very own Marley Drainville, Risk Manager for Enerplus Resources Fund was presented with the Ron Judd Heart of RIMS Award at the RIMS 2009 Annual Conference & Exhibition.

  This prestigious award acknowledges deputy members who keep the local chapter, as well as the discipline of risk management, vibrant and resilient throughout one's career.
